We’re Andrew and Magdalena. Two people with over 20 years of property experience, a home in Dubai Hills and a shared belief that property should be a pleasure to deal with.

We’ve chosen to focus on Dubai Hills because it’s home. We believe knowing one community exceptionally well is more valuable than trying to cover them all.

Because we live in Dubai Hills, we’re never travelling across the city to get here. That makes it much easier to arrange viewings and meetings around your schedule, whether that’s early morning, during the day or in the evening.
Floor height, orientation, views, building position and the little differences that affect how a property feels and what it’s worth.
Not everything available is advertised. We speak with owners, landlords and local contacts, actively looking for properties that might be right for you, including those that haven’t reached the portals.
We pay attention to what you love, what you don’t and what you’re willing to compromise on. Then we refine the search rather than simply sending more listings.

We’re Andrew and Magdalena, the people behind AMOS Property.
Between us, we bring over 20 years of property experience and more than 2,500 transactions.
We live and work in Dubai Hills, combining years of property experience with a first-hand understanding of the community we call home.
We started AMOS with a simple belief: property services can be more personal, more thoughtful and considerably more enjoyable.
